SAMRIDDHI

Project Samriddhi was started with an objective of supporting women from disadvantaged and poor households, for economically empowering them to be able to provide for a better quality of life for their families. The project has reached out to over 700 women so far through training on financial literacy and inclusion. Besides financial literacy training, 140 of these women were hand held to step in to entrepreneurship.

SKY: SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE BUILDING OF YOUTH

Skill and Knowledge Building of Youth (SKY), an initiative by United Way Delhi, aims to facilitate skill-training programs in Samastipur, Bihar and promote financial stability among the youth. With an objective to equip the youth of Samastipur with the right skill set required to achieve financial stability, SKY works to drive the youth to be self-reliant and avoid the vulnerabilities faced because of extreme urban poverty.
